Do you offer delivery?

Yes Australia wide  

Can you accommodate large Corporate / Small Business boxes? 

Absolutely, please email: info@confettiboxco.com.au  with your request including your contact details and we will get back to ASAP. We can customise any gifts with your company logo and much more. 

Can you deliver to an apartment/unit/PO BOX? 

Yes, BUT if we buzz and no one is available to collect we will bring the box back with usWe can redeliver the order at a cost of 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge. 
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes we can only post.

What happens if the Recipient isn't Home?

If no one is home the box will be left in a safe spot if there is one. If there is no safe spot, we will bring the box back with us. We can redeliver the order at a cost of 40% of the original order cost plus the additional delivery charge.

What happens if I got the wrong address?

Unfortunately, if the wrong address is provided you will need to pay 50% of the cost of the box fee, plus delivery again. If we can't deliver that same day, you will need to pay the full replacement value and the delivery fee again. 

Same Day Delivery?

Perth Metro - We will try our best if you order prior to 8am and within 10kms of 6107. Otherwise if orders are placed before 11am we can usually do next day delivery. 
The rest of Australia will take up to 5-10 business days 
Non Perth metro orders, we will post your order within 1-2 business days. 
We can send by express post if requested at an additional cost.
 

I want to cancel my order?

Orders that are already prepared or out for delivery cannot be refunded.
Orders can be cancelled within 3 days prior to the delivery date.
Prior to the 2 days a cancellation of your order will incur a $30.00 administrative fee regardless of the value of the box. 
If items are personalised you will be charged for the items.
A cancellation notice must be placed and emailed to info@confettiboxco.com.au


Are there nuts, eggs and gluten?

We cannot guarantee that our items are free from these products. 

 

What happens if it is too hot or raining? 

Please make sure that someone is home if possible.
Due to the nature of our gifts, chocolate will melt if left in the heat and could get wet in winter.
We will do our best to leave the gift in a shady place, but this is not always possible.
Please note there is no refunds or replacements for missing / damaged gift boxes that have been delivered when no one is home.
